Immediate Jeopardy

If your nursing home is in Immediate Jeopardy, CMSCG can help. Our experienced compliance consultants work with your organization to expediently develop the immediate plan to remove the IJ. CMSCG can assist with Inservice education and assist in developing your response to the regulatory agency, as well as assist with revision of pertinent policies & procedures.

Once the IJ has been removed, we will assist with monitoring and oversight to assist with corrective actions and compliance.
