CMSCG proactively helps clients develop a means to improve their quality of care by assisting with the creation of a QAPI Plan that encompasses ongoing quality assurance and performance improvement efforts. We also work with clients to establish guidelines for conducting Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs).

• CMSCG’s Quality Measures Assessment and Improvement (QMAI)^TM helps Directors and Management understand their Quality Measure data and identify areas needing improvement.
• We can provide staff education and training to assist with understanding the specific components affecting the QMs and work with your team to help improve systems to attain favorable outcomes data to improve your Five-Star Rating.
