The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a revision to its November 20, 2023 Admin Memo, “Guidance for Federal Monitoring Surveys (FMS)” on March 13, 2024. The revised Memo now reflects the number of mandated Federal Monitoring Surveys for LTC LSC that must be completed in FY24.
There have been a number of changes to the volume of mandated FMS for several CMS Locations, which you can view below.
