- QSO-23-01-NH – Expired Effective October 4, 2024 – Updates to Nursing Home Care Compare Staffing and Quality Measures. The timeline was revised in QSO-25-01-NH.
- QSO-20-29-NH – Expired Effective December 31, 2024 – Interim Final Rule Updating Requirements for Notification of Confirmed and Suspected COVID-19 Cases Among Residents and Staff in Nursing Homes. This Memo was superseded by QSO-25-11-NH released 12/21/2024.
- QS0-15-07-NH – Expired Effective January 15, 2025 – Revised Long-Term Care (LTC) Surveyor Guidance: Significant revisions to enhance quality and oversight of the LTC survey process
- QSO-25-12-NH – Expired Effective March 10, 2025 – Revised Long-Term Care (LTC) Surveyor Guidance: Significant revisions to enhance quality and oversight of the LTC survey process.
