Session Overview:
While SNFs have long been exposed to a mountain of regulatory expectations around quality, assisted living providers have had less structured requirements. DOH has been embracing quality assurance in assisted living – and this means you need to, too. In this session, attendees will gain a better understanding of the concept of quality and how to incorporate it into assisted living operations. The presenter will review foundational concepts and provide insight on best practices and how to effectively manage your organization’s Quality Assurance Program.
