The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released updated Long-Term Care Survey Process (LTCSP) materials on January 4, 2021. The new resource materials include:
- Resuming Long-Term Care (LTC) Standard Recertification Health Surveys; and Emergency Preparedness and Life Safety Code Surveys for all Provider Types – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- List of Blanket 1135 Waived FTags (effective since 3/1/2020) – includes detailed on what regulatory language has been partially waived and the 1135 waiver language in place
