The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) updated the Long-Term Care Survey Process (LTCSP) Procedure Guide and the associated survey resource files have been updated as well. Per the Revision History log, the updates made to the Procedure Guide are about Complaints and Facility-Reported Incidents (FRIs), but information and guidance that was provided in an FAQ within a recent QSO Memo was also recently added into the survey materials.
