Effective June 23, 2026, CMS has released an updated LTCSP Procedure Guide. Per the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Revision History document, revisions were made to the Survey Resources folder and Initial Surveys file on June 23, 2026. The updated Procedure Guide contains minor tweaks for survey teams related to iQIES when initiating a survey.
