The Five-Star Users’ Guide has been updated to reflect the trophy icon which will be used going forward on Nursing Home Compare to identify high performing nursing homes. The facilities receiving this designation have a Five-Star rating with fewer citations, higher staffing levels and other quality indicators.
The trophy icon for the high performers icon was announced along with information regarding the Risk-Based Survey (RBS) information earlier this year.
