On January 3, 2024, the NYS Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) released its 2024 Work Plan.
The Work Plan includes multiple program focus areas, some of which include:
- Nursing Home Minimum Data Set (MDS) Reviews
- Adult Day Health Care Audits
- Assisted Living Program Audits
- Home Health Episodic Payments
- Nursing Home Transition and Diversion
