The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released an updated Long-Term Care Survey Process (LTCSP) documents folder. The folder contains additional regulatory references for surveyors, as well as the updated F-tag waiver guide to reflect the recently terminated COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) blanket waivers.
Per the Revision History, these are the changes that were made:
- Updated F-tag Waiver Guide
- Added Appendix PP 2018 revision
- Added Appendix Z 2021 version
- Added Chapter 7 2018 version
- Updated LTCSP Mapping Document – Streamlined
