On June 7, 2022, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released updates to the Long-Term Care Survey Process (LTCSP) Survey Resources. According to the Revision History document, the following changes were made:
- F-tag Waiver Guide updated (to reflect the recent blanket waiver terminations from May 2022 and June 2022)
- Removal of the K-tag Waiver Guide (due to blanket waivers terminating)
- Addition of documents to the Focused Infection Control (FIC) folder, including multiple QSO Memos associated with the staff COVID-19 vaccination requirements and F888)
