On August 27, CMS released updated information on Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) Electronic Staffing Submission. Information on how to register for the voluntary submission period starting October 1, 2015 is provided. A draft policy manual, PBJ Policy Manual DRAFT (V1.1) 8-25-15 has been released, along with a FAQ list.
