The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently issued a new QSO Memo dated September 26, 2025. The Memo, “Civil Money Penalty Reinvestment Program (CMPRP) Updates” provides updates about the program, including:
- Streamlined Application Form
- Increases to per-project funding limited
- Additions to areas where applications are being accepted, such as Mental and Behavioral Health and Workforce Enhancement Projects
