Overview: The presenter will review the most frequently cited health deficiencies being identified during surveys across the country as well as in New York State. The discussion will address why these deficiencies are trending. Attendees will learn strategies for systems enhancement and quality improvement initiatives that can be implemented in their facility to reduce the likelihood of deficient practices occurring or being identified during a complaint or recertification survey
