On Wednesday, October 26, 2022, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a new QSO Memo with guidance for staff COVID-19 vaccination in all provider settings. Along with that updated QSO Memo, the following survey resources were updated, so ensure you are using the correct version:
- Appendix PP State Operations Manual (Revised 10/26/2022)
- Survey Resources – 10/26/2022 (including an updated Infection Prevention and Control Critical Element Pathway and FICS Folder)
