As expected, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) that impacts employers with 100 or more employees. The ETS can be viewed in the November 4, 2021 Federal Register. This rule is effective today, November 5, 2021.
