LTCSP Survey Materials Updated (2/17/2023)

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released updated Long-Term Care Survey Process (LTCSP) materials on February 17, 2023. Per the Revision History, the following items were updated – ensure you have the most current resources:

1. FIC Folder (Focus Infection Control Survey Protocol) (dated 2/2023)
2. LTC Survey Pathway CMS-20068 Urinary Catheter or UTI (dated 2/2023)
3. Appendix PP State Operations Manual (effective date 2/3/2023)
4. Chapter 7 State Operations Manual (dated 2/10/2023)
5. Entrance Conference Worksheet (revision date is still 10/22 on the document)
6. LTCSP Procedure Guide (effective date 2/18/2023)
