Program Overview:
2020 and 2021 have proven to be challenging from a compliance perspective for providers with increasing regulatory expectations, new rules and requirements, and the need to return to “normal” operations after focusing for so many months on infection control concerns due to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. CMS has directed surveyors to get back to standard survey operations.
What does that mean for providers in New York?
During this webinar, the presenters will review and discuss New York State survey trends for 2021, including Health, Life Safety and Emergency Preparedness. Key areas each department head needs to be concerned with will be highlighted to help providers prepare for their next survey.
