As we mentioned last week in our post about the current LTCSP materials, CMS does make updates to its survey documents, particularly the survey resources folder, and once again, there was an update on April 8, 2021. This time, the update only includes the information related to the Ftag Waiver Guide in the Survey Resources folder. CMS announced in a QSO Memo with the same date that it would be terminating certain blanket waivers that were in place due to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE). The updated Ftag Waiver Guide reflects these changes.
