The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced that a web-based tool is now available for providers where 1135 Waiver requests and inquiries can be submitted. This system is expected to be used for all 1135 waiver requests and/or PHE-related inquiries submitted on or after January 11, 2021.
