Session Overview: The current regulatory environment in New York State, coupled with the revised surveyor guidance, has resulted in tougher survey outcomes than providers have seen in ages. In this session, the presenter will review survey trends for the State and where attendees need to focus when preparing for their next surveys. A discussion of associated systems improvement areas will be provided.
This event is open to NYSHFA members as well as non-members. Providers from outside New York can also benefit from attending this presentation and learning tips to avoid deficiencies on survey.
