On July 25, 2023, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released QSO-23-02-ALL, “Revised Guidance for Staff Vaccination Requirements” which consolidates all previous QSO Memos related to this topic. Those include: QSO 22-07-ALL Revised, and QSO 22-09-ALL Revised, and QSO 22-11-ALL.
QSO-23-02-ALL has been set to “expired” as of June 5, 2023.
