In a January 23, 2019 QSO Memo, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) provided a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to the Home Health Agency Conditions of Participation that were effective in January 2018. The list of FAQs is based on requests for clarification that the Agency received about the regulations.
The FAQs cover a broad range of topics including those related to OASIS, physician orders, Plan of Care, and staff training and competencies.
