Please be advised that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released updated Long-Term Care Survey Process (LTCSP) surveyor materials with a date of August 8, 2018. The LTCSP Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) has been updated with a significant amount of information. There is also now a revision history document for the updates that are made in these releases.
