The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a new QSO Memo on February 6, 2020, “Information for Healthcare Facilities Concerning 2019 Novel Coronavirus Illness (2019-nCoV)” (Ref: QSO 20-09-ALL). The memo includes information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on the 2019 Novel Coronavirus, which CMS recommends healthcare providers review. CMS recommends that providers also review their own Infection Prevention and Control P&P.
