Data Submission Deadline Extended
The submission deadline for the Skilled Nursing (SNF) Facility Quality Reporting Program (QRP) MDS assessment data submitted for April 1 – June 30 (Q2) of calendar year (CY) 2019 has been extended to November 18, 2019. All data must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on November 18, 2019.
