On August 31, 2018, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published a QSO memo that includes the final HHA Interpretive Guidelines for the Conditions of Participation (CoPs) that became effective on January 13, 2018. Home Health providers have been eagerly awaiting the IG, which will become part of the State Operations Manual Appendix B.
