In an August 22 S&C letter, “Release of Learning Tool on Building Respect for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) Older Adults,” CMS announced that a new learning tool is available to educate long term care providers about the rights and needs of this population. The learning tool consists of 6 training modules and can be accessed online.
